Recommended daily use:
 ArthroGuard Gel is designed for external use only, on intact skin, in adults and children over 12 years old.
Apply the gel 1-4sm by 2-3 times per day or more, depending on the degree of injury. Massage gently until its complete absorption into the skin.
Contraindications:
not to be used on damaged skin
not to be used by pregnant and nursing women, and infants
